Soft SkillsIntegration of Social Skills into Vocational Qualification in EU Pre-Accession Countries |
The project focuses on the implementation of personal key qualifications into the vocational qualification scheme in EU pre-accession countries. From our former experience in Central and East European countries, we have found out that the "technical" aspects of vocational qualification show high standards, whereas the necessity of integration of personal key qualifications is still very often neglected.
Project Design
- designs a curriculum for a train the trainer course which includes training aspects for advisers working of the labour office
- designs key qualification modules for vocational qualification courses for young people
- designs, for each "East"“ Partner, a vocational qualification course for young people with integrated social competencies, for various professions (mason, cook, textile worker)
- conducts pilot courses for advisers/trainers
- disseminates the results especially in the EU pre-accession countries
Dissemination of Project Results
- a multiplier seminar which includes, apart from the project partners, participants from all other EU pre-accession countries
- dissemination of information material to the key actors of vocational qualification
- availability of the curricula and methods in the internet (in the respective languages of the project partners)
