Continuous Improvement for Employability Assessment
Despite the introduction of innovative training approaches and specific tools to increase quality, the assessment of skills (transversal skills/specific skills) needs to be further improved and enhanced into a continuous help in finding best correspondence between supply and demand of skills and qualifications in the labor market.
The ASSESS project aims to contribute to the competence development of professionals working in VET, or those organisations advising and supporting people towards employment, by raising awareness and providing them a shared methodology and an assessment tool of key skills for employability.
The project offers furthermore:
- A recommendation guide for employability improvement
- A handbook of good practices and recommendations for the assessment implementation
