Learn, Engage, Apply and Perform
Digital technology does not only have a major impact on the way we work, it is also a critical resource of efficient teaching and learning. Despite this, Europe is lagging behind in the use of the Internet in the training and education sector when it comes to ePortfolios.
Thus the project LEAP (“Learn, Engage, Apply and Perform”) aims to create a turnaround in the use of ePortfolios in order to increase the performance of learners and VET providers at the same time: Learners should get new insights, improved understanding and competences as well as an enhanced ability to apply what they have learnt. LEAP supports trainers and teachers in developing their digital competence by getting more confident in the use of ePortfolios and at the same time, offer businesses and policy makers VET courses that are “ready to use”.
The outcomes are:
- The LEAP ePortfolio
- LEAP ePortfolio and Good Practice Handbook
