Professionalization of Trainers for Work Based Basic Skills

The project aims at implementing the right measures towards the professionalization of high-quality learning opportunities for basic skills, which is still necessary throughout Europe.

The six countries involved in the PROFI-TRAIN-project (Austria, Czech Republic, Germany, Greece, Malta and Slovenia) are working on a field-tested as well as flexible and transferable VET-concept consisting of three components:

– Competent for work-based basic education: Manual for self-study

– Know-how for work-based basic training: 6 training modules for face-to-face seminars for stakeholders

– Training guide: Professionalisation of work-based basic education – an advanced training concept for trainers
