Empowerneurship for Newcomers in Europe

This project provides answers to the need of entrepreneurial trainers showing skillss to train migrant entrepreneurs. Existing entrepreneurship training is not well suited to meet particular needs of potential migrant entrepreneurs, especially those in transition and facing psycho-social challenges. Trainers of migrants and refugees are, nowadays, more and more challenged due to fast and ongoing changes of migration aspects (flows, target profile, needs, solutions to needs) – and this requires educators, social workers, cultural mediators, language facilitators and volunteers of NGOs to be updated with new skills and competences.

ENEU provides innovative Traing Manual elements, as well as practical training modules for respective implementation.
