Best Selection of Vocational Guidance Methods
Due to the accelerated changes of working environments and of job requirements, and because of increasing unemployment figures in Europe, vocational guidance measures become increasingly important. Therefore, in the past years, a large number of projects focusing on vocational guidance have been funded by various EU programmes, especially LEONARDO DA VINCI and the community initiatives ADAPT and EMPLOYMENT.
A collection of effective methods
Our project disseminated eight innovative and successfully tested vocational guidance concepts which had been developed between 1995 and 1999 with the support of various EU programmes. It also developed and disseminated a selection and decision matrix for implementing successful vocational guidance methods.
