UInno

Up-Skilling unemployed and low skilled workers by self-centred innovation approaches, to empower their self-employability potentials through start-ups and SMEs

As economic conditions in Europe remain hugely challenging, the growing importance of economic growth based on entrepreneurship and start-ups could be one trigger to transform this picture in the partnering organisations’ countries, i.e. Austria, Cyprus, Greece, Italy, Portugal and Spain.

UInno envisions the development of eLearning pedagogies, work-based online learning, case studies, real market scenarios and collaboration possibilities on entrepreneurial issues / services like Design Thinking, Digital Innovation, Utilising and Managing Innovation for equipping low-skilled adults with related new skills and competences helping them open their career path in start-ups and independent entrepreneurship services.
