Guidance and Counselling
Tools for equal opportunities in the European enlarged labour market |
This LEONARDO DA VINCI pilot project aims at promoting working tools and methodologies, according to different typologies of target beneficiaries and at different levels, in order to enhance the development of competencies and opportunities of women on the labour market.
The project will identify best practices at European level concerning the use of tools for guidance with regard to three different female target groups:
- Women holding working positions at medium/ high level (top/middle management) both in the private and public sector
- Skilled women wishing to reenter the labour market, with entrepreneurial ideas or wishing to change job
- Women suffering from social disadvantage
The best practices identified will be transferred to the accessing countries through the devising of a distance learning training package addressed to operators acting in the field of guidance and counselling.
