Greening VET curricula for electricians
VET institutions are often not empowered to seize the potential of the green transition proactively, nor are they adequately trained to engage with the employment sector to structure a long-term response to green trends. With the ENTIRE project, the partnership (which consists of four organisations from three different EU countries) aims to support cooperation and knowledge-sharing between VET institutions and companies as learning venues for greening VET programmes. The ENTIRE green skills anticipation and integration methodological approach shall support VET providers in their role to define labour-market-relevant skills for the green transition that are to be incorporated in curricula and VET provision.
The project aims to foster the integration of green skills in existing VET training programmes. With this in mind, the main supporting project results for VET providers are:
- Methodological Guidelines for green skills integration into VET curricula and
- A Training Programme for electrical engineering VET teachers
