BEST-project Profi-Train successfully completed
We are pleased to announce the successful completion of our international project Profi-Train – Professionalization of Trainers for Work Based Basic Skills within the EU-programme Erasmus+, KA2 Strategic Partnerships for adult education, in which BEST has been one of the major operative partners. The project was assessed as “good practice” during the evaluation.
Profi-Train was carried out between September 2017 and August 2020, together with five European partners from Germany (coordinator), Czech Republic, Slovenia, Greece and Malta. The project deals with work-based basic skills training and has aimed at the development of a transferable and flexible professional training concept for experts in adult education and continuing professional education and training. which consists of three central components:
- Competent for work-based basic skills: Manual for self-study
- Know-how for work-based basic training: 6 training modules for face-to-face seminars for stakeholders
- Training guide: Professionalisation of work-based basic education – an advanced training concept for trainers
