Press release – Project DIVE IN
The DIVE IN Partnership has successfully completed the project.
The DIVE IN project, co-funded by the ISFP programme, has been implemented since December 2019 and explored innovative and specific training material for local actors working with young people enhancing their knowledge and capacity to prevent and counter (violent) radicalisation (accessible via https://trainingcenter.divein-project.eu/).
Conferences in partner countries, i.e. Austria, Greece, Italy and Spain, as well as capacity building events and workshops held in Germany (Munich), Norway (Skien) and France (Paris) resulted in high interest and requests for further training and/ or focus group meetings to explore the topic in further details among the specialists. Wherever organised, the given response has shown the topic is highly relevant and training and discussions on how to better deal with young people at risk are more than welcome.
The training material is available in English, German, Greek, Italian, and Spanish to public without course fees. Inquiries in ‘train the trainer’ courses can be directed towards the project partners closest to you.
