Project Support Family Business (SFaB): Piloting
The first and second piloting of the SFaB learning platform as part of the project Support Family Business (SFaB) took place during a two-week test phase in August and September 2023. We invited five adult learners from family businesses to provide feedback on the functionality and features of the virtual learning environment (VLE).
The SFaB learning platform was very well received by the learners. The content was found to be engaging, high quality and well structured. The VLE is easy to use and facilitates the learning process. The learning videos are of very good quality, their content is understandable and the acoustics and subtitles are well matched to the pace of the videos, making it easy to listen and follow. The case studies were found to be very detailed and informative.
SFaB has improved and broadened knowledge about family businesses, especially about the challenges and conditions in other European countries. In this way, new ideas from other countries can be incorporated into one’s own company or even implemented there.
