Emerging job roles in the Cultural and Creative Sector

Scientific support is needed to better understand the impact of the COVID19 crisis. Many of the quantitative studies on the Cultural and Creative Sector-CCS are perceived as being outdated. So, this result presents an analytical framework based on new market opportunities for artistic expressions and access; social effects and changes in consumer behaviour and relationships with audiences; and the new professionals needs to meet these challenges to map most competitive and high valued skills and competences in emerging job role profiles in the CCS.
It is for intended for: Public Institutions and Ministries on the field of Cultural and Creative sectors Public and private VET Organisations CCS actors.

Paint the Bit VET curricula

On the use of digital solutions for both creation and, above all, distribution of art works and knowledge and competences in the Cultural and Creative Sector that go hand in hand with it. The curricula implement a mixed modality towards active learners‘ participation, open, informal learning, a blended training stage (formal learning) with work based learning (non formal learning) and a peer-to-peer learning.

Digital training content on e.g. application design and development, e-creation of art and creative works, e-distribution, IP protection tools, etc., as well as e.g. communication, entrepreneurship, collaborative methods, etc. are offered as MOOC (Massive Open Online Course). Complementary training handbooks support the implementation of the VET curricula.
