An EQUAL Development partnership

 

To regard diversity as a chance - this is he main objective of the development partnership Managing Diversity. Management and employees should become aware of problems, but also of hidden potentials that lie in the diversity of their staff members.

What is Managing Diversity?

Diversity ist a mosaic of various persons that contribute to their work with their multitude of individual experiences, points of view and values.


Diversity Management is the conscious consideration, esteem and utillisation of these "differences" in the work environment.

BEST coordinates twelve orgainsations within the framework of the EU Community initiative EQUAL. The objective of EQUAL is the fight against discrimination and inequality at the labour market and in the educational sector.
